About the Project

The Other Side Village is a master planned community designed to provide support and purposeful living to individuals coming out of chronic homelessness. Based in Salt Lake City, the village will consist of 150 homes along with community amenities.

With sustainability in mind, the location for the village was strategically chosen to avoid the removal of any green space.

Stack Modular Development is one of the organization’s builders, currently building 11 homes for the community.

With our manufacturing facility in the same city as the village, this project is especially meaningful, allowing us to help make a positive local impact.
